🧼 What’s Included
• Deep vacuuming of the mattress surface to remove dust, dirt, and loose particles
• Dry and wet shampooing of the mattress using safe cleaning solutions
• Removal of light surface stains and odor-causing residue
• Basic sanitization to improve hygiene and freshness
❌ What’s Not Included
• Removal of tough or permanent stains such as ink stains, pen marks, paint marks, glue marks, oil stains, or deeply absorbed stains
• Removal of old stains that have settled into mattress layers over time
• Mattress flipping, dismantling, or shifting
• Repair, stitching, or replacement of mattress fabric or padding
• Treatment for bed bugs, termites, or pest infestation
• Waterproofing or fabric protection coating
⚠️ Important Notes
• Hard stains absorbed into the mattress cannot be removed using standard cleaning chemicals
• Old mattresses may already have permanent discoloration, yellowing, or fabric wear
• Cleaning improves hygiene, freshness, and appearance but does not restore the mattress to a new condition
• Drying time: Mattress will dry naturally within 6–8 hours after wet shampooing
• Usage of mattress before complete drying is not recommended
