🔹 Service Availability
• This service is applicable for glass almirah cabinets
• This is an add-on service & can be booked only with kitchen or home cleaning services
• Service is provided on a per cabinet basis depending on selected option

✅ What’s Included
• Surface dust removal from exterior areas
• Exterior cleaning only if interior cleaning not booked separately as chargeable as per cabinets
• Basic glass and surface cleaning using safe cleaning solutions to remove light stains, smudges, and marks
• Cleaning limited to reachable and accessible areas only
• Cabinet cleaning options may include exterior only, empty cabinet (interior & exterior), or cabinet with items (removal & placement) as per selected service

❌ What’s Not Included
• Removal of paint, cement, glue, sticker marks, pen marks, or permanent stains
• Removal of deep absorbed stains, hard water marks, or discoloration
• Polish work, coating, repainting, or restoration
• Hinge fixing, alignment correction, lock repair, or carpentry work
• Removal of items stored inside almirah if not booked separately as chargeable as per cabinets

⚠️ Important Notes
• Cleaning improves hygiene and appearance but does not restore glass or almirah to a new condition
• Old glass may have permanent stains, scratches, or dullness
• Results depend on material condition and age

⚠️ Safety, Access & Ladder Requirement
• Proper working space must be available
• Customer must arrange a ladder if upper sections are above reachable height
• Service may be limited or stopped if safe access is not available
• If glass is cracked, loose, or weak-fitted, there is a risk of damage
• We are not responsible for pre-existing weak glass, fittings, hinges, or structural joints
• Any damage due to already weak hinges, joints, or fittings during cleaning will not be Firlona’s responsibility
