🔹 Advance Payment Policy (No Visiting Fee)
- There is NO visiting or inspection fee for kitchen cleaning
• 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking
• The advance confirms:
– Slot reservation
– Team scheduling
– Cleaning material preparation
• Remaining balance is payable after service completion
• Customer also has the option to pay full amount in advance

- Standard kitchen:
– Fixed price as shown in the app - Large kitchen / extra area:
– Requires size check at site
– Additional charges may apply
– Final price will be informed before continuing
– Service will proceed only after customer approval

- Deep cleaning to remove oil, grease, and surface stains
• Includes 1 kitchen window (interior side only)
• Extra windows are chargeable as add-ons
🧽 (only 8-10 Cabinets) & Trolleys – Interior & Exterior
- Cleaning of outer & Inner surfaces to remove oil and grease.
• We Clean only 8-10 cabinets only, Extra chargeable as Add-Ons service.
🔌 Kitchen Appliances – Interior & Exterior
- Fridge cleaning (inside & outside)
• Microwave cleaning (inside & outside)
• Chimney exterior cleaning only. (Deep cleaning with mechanic extra chargeable)
🔥 Stove, Sink & Taps
- Removal of burnt food, oil, and grease stains from stove
• Removal of hard water and soap stains from sink, taps, and fittings
🌬️ Ceiling & Exhaust Fan (Without Uninstalling)
- Cleaning of dirt, oil, and grease stains
• Exhaust fan cleaning limited to fan unit and blades only
• Motor & wall cavity cleaning not included

- Empty Glass Cupboard cleaning- ₹199 each (not included in any cleaning)
❌ What’s NOT Included
- Removal of paint, cement, glue, or permanent stains from anywhere
• Tile polishing or restoration
• Inaccessible area cleaning
• Wet wiping & any marks removal from walls & ceiling
• Chimney exterior cleaning only — uninstallation not included
• Utensils & food items Boxes cleaning
• Plumbing repair or fixture replacement
• Electrical repair or appliance repair
• Chandelier or false ceiling cleaning
• Walls roof & Exterior wall cleaning of kitchen
• Exhaust fan uninstalling & re-installation, Cleaning of surrounding walls or inner wall cavity of exhaust fan
• Floor cleaning using scrubbing machine
• To avoid any damage, we clean the trolleys without moving them from their place.
• Fixed window glasses with permanent grills may not be cleaned thoroughly - Old tiles, fittings, or grout may already have discoloration, as grouting naturally fades or gets discolored over time and its original color cannot be restored through cleaning
- Cleaning of wooden, tiles, marble, or granite surfaces affected by permanent damage. Color stains that have absorbed into tiles, stone, granite, or marble cannot be cleaned, as the color has penetrated the surface.
- Colour or stains absorbed into wooden cabinets or wooden surfaces cannot be fully removed by cleaning chemicals.
🔹 No Warranty / No Guarantee (One-Time Service)
- Kitchen deep cleaning is a one-time paid service
• No warranty or guarantee on:
– Long-term cleanliness
– Reappearance of oil, grease, or stains
• Repeat cleaning requires a new booking and payment
🔹 Wear & Tear / Surface Condition Disclaimer
- Old cabinets, slabs, tiles, or fittings may already have:
– Discoloration
– Loose joints
– Weak hinges or damaged edges
• Deep cleaning may expose existing wear
• Firlona is not responsible for damage due to age, poor material quality, or prior condition
🔹 Customer Responsibilities
- Customer must provide:
– Water access
– Electricity access
– Clear access to the kitchen - Customer must inform in advance if:
– Kitchen is unusually large
– Heavy oil buildup or long-term neglect exists
– Any fragile fittings or loose cabinets are present
🔹 Arrival Time Information
- Arrival times are estimated, not guaranteed
• Delays may occur due to:
– Traffic
– Weather
– Previous job overruns
⚠️ Safety & Access Note
- Please arrange a ladder if required
• If a ladder is not available:
– Cleaning will be done only up to reachable areas
– Hard-to-reach, risky, or unsafe areas are not covered
• This is strictly for the safety of our cleaning staff
Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy:
• Free cancellation or rescheduling is allowed until 10:00 PM on the day before the scheduled service date.
• Late Cancellation / Rescheduling: After 10:00 PM (night before service day), a 10% cancellation/rescheduling charge will apply, as service staff assigned, equipment, materials & travel are already scheduled.
• Refunds: 10% of the total service booking amount will be deducted. The remaining advance amount (if received) will be refunded within 7 working days to the original payment method. Bank/payment-gateway delays are not Firlona’s responsibility.
• No-show: If customer is unavailable, refuses, or does not respond at the scheduled service time, the same 10% charge will apply.
- After service start:
– No refunds
– No free rescheduling
– Completed services are 100% non-refundable

Service may be stopped or cancelled if:
• Working conditions are unsafe
• Misbehavior or abuse occurs
