🔹 Advance Payment Policy
- 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking
• The advance confirms:
– Slot reservation
– Team scheduling
– Cleaning material preparation
• The remaining balance is payable after service completion, customer have option to pay full amount in advance
🔹 Standard vs Large Washroom Pricing
- Standard washroom:
– Fixed price as shown in the app - Large washroom / extra area:
– Requires size check at site
– Additional charges may apply
– Final price will be informed before continuing
– Service will proceed only after customer approval

- Deep cleaning of washroom floor and wall tiles to reachable area only
• Cleaning of WC, wash basin, taps, and fittings
• Geyser (external surface only), Exhaust fan (fan unit only), window inside only
• Removal of visible stains, soap marks, and surface dirt
• Basic cleaning of mirrors and accessories
• Roof & ceiling dry dusting only using a duster tool
• All standard cleaning chemicals are provided by Firlona
👉 The listed price is applicable to one standard-size washroom only

• Bathtub cleaning ₹499 if inside bathroom
• Washbasin located outside the washroom, separate add-on service @ ₹119

- Bathtub cleaning, a separate add-on service @ ₹499

• Wet wiping of walls & ceiling
• Interior cleaning of cabinets or storage units
• Cleaning of buckets, mugs, stools, tools, or clothes
• Removal of paint, cement, glue, or permanent marks
• Plumbing repair or fixture replacement
• Exhaust fan uninstalling & re-installation, Exhaust fan cleaning is limited to the fan unit only. Cleaning of fan surrounding walls or inner wall cavity (air passage area) is NOT included
• Exterior cleaning of washroom exhaust fan & windows not included, Only interior side cleaning is included
• Toilet seats and plastic bathtub covers are made of plastic, plastic materials absorb color over time and may develop yellow stains, during cleaning these stains cannot be removed as they are absorbed into the plastic material, and Firlona is NOT responsible for any existing yellow marks, color stains, or discoloration already present before cleaning - Old tiles, fittings, or grout may already have discoloration, as grouting naturally fades or gets discolored over time and its original color cannot be restored through cleaning
- Cleaning of wooden, tiles, marble, or granite surfaces affected by permanent damage. Color stains that have absorbed into tiles, stone, granite, or marble cannot be cleaned, as the color has penetrated the surface.
🔹 No Warranty / No Guarantee (One-Time Service)
- Washroom cleaning is a one-time paid service
• No warranty or guarantee on:
– Long-term cleanliness
– Reappearance of stains or scaling
• Repeat cleaning requires a new booking and payment
🔹 Wear & Tear / Surface Condition Disclaimer
- Old tiles, fittings, or grout may already have:
– Discoloration
– Cracks or weak joints
• Cleaning may expose existing wear
• Firlona is not responsible for damage due to age or prior condition
🔹 Liability Limitations
Firlona is not responsible for:
• Permanent stains inside floor or walls or discoloration
• Old surface damage
• Delays beyond control
• Incorrect washroom size information provided by the customer
🔹 Customer Responsibilities
- Customer must provide:
– Water access
– Electricity access
– Clear access to the washroom - Customer must inform in advance if:
– Washroom is unusually large
– Heavy scaling or long-term neglect exists
🔹 Arrival Time Information
- Arrival times are estimated, not guaranteed
• Delays may occur due to:
– Traffic
– Weather
– Previous job overruns
⚠️ Safety & Access Note
- Please arrange a ladder if required
• If a ladder is not available:
– Cleaning will be done only up to reachable areas
– Hard-to-reach, risky, or unsafe areas are not covered
• This is done strictly for the safety of our cleaning staff
Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy:
• Free cancellation or rescheduling is allowed until 10:00 PM on the day before the scheduled service date.
• Late Cancellation / Rescheduling: After 10:00 PM (night before service day), a 10% cancellation/rescheduling charge will apply, as service staff assigned, equipment, materials & travel are already scheduled.
• Refunds: 10% of the total service booking amount will be deducted. The remaining advance amount (if received) will be refunded within 7 working days to the original payment method. Bank/payment-gateway delays are not Firlona’s responsibility.
• No-show: If customer is unavailable, refuses, or does not respond at the scheduled service time, the same 10% charge will apply.
- After service start:
– No refunds
– No free rescheduling
– Completed services are 100% non-refundable

Service may be stopped or cancelled if:
• Working conditions are unsafe
• Misbehavior or abuse occurs
