🔹 Service Availability
• This service is applicable for 1 sliding glass door only
• Both-side cleaning of the same sliding glass door
• Cleaning is limited to reachable areas only
• This is an add-on service and can be booked only with kitchen or home cleaning services
✅ What’s Included
• Both-side cleaning of glass surface
• Removal of dust, water marks, light stains, and surface dirt
• Basic wiping and Cleaning using standard cleaning solution
❌ What’s Not Included
• Removal of paint, cement, glue, pen marks, rust, or permanent stains
• Removal of yellowing, discoloration, or deep absorbed stains due to age or long-term use
• Cleaning of hard-to-reach, unsafe, or high areas without ladder
• Scratches, permanent marks, or damage present on glass
• Frames or sliding track deep cleaning (frame cleaning only limited to exterior reachable areas)
⚠️ Important Notes
• Old sliding doors may already have permanent stains, scratches, or discoloration
• Such marks cannot be restored to new condition through cleaning
• Cleaning improves hygiene and appearance only and does not restore glass to a new condition
⚠️ Safety, Access
• Customer must arrange a ladder if required to access the glass safely
• If a ladder is not available, cleaning will be done only up to reachable areas
• Service may be limited or stopped if safe access is not available
• This is strictly for the safety of our cleaning staff

By booking this service, you confirm that:
• This service is for one sliding glass door only
• Cleaning is both-side and reachable area only
• Paint marks and permanent stains are excluded
• Ladder arrangement is customer responsibility if required
• This is a one-time paid add-on service
• Results depend on glass condition and usage history
