“Our 4BHK apartment cleaning service includes 6 regular windows, 2 sliding glass doors, 4 balconies, and 2 large wall glass panels.
Note: Sliding doors and large wall panels are labor-intensive. Only the base numbers mentioned above are included; additional regular windows, sliding doors, or large wall panels can be added as extra chargeable add-ons. If a balcony has glass panels instead of grills, it will be treated as an extra chargeable add-on.

• Dry Dusting: Ceiling, walls, corners, light,  fixtures, window frames, doors

• Wet Wiping: Bed, windows & doors,  frames, cabinet exteriors,  switchboards and fan

🍽️ Kitchen:

• Wet Wiping only: Tiles, stove, slab, sink, taps, fixtures, exhaust fan Clean without dismantle, cabinet exteriors, window, ceiling, walls, and corners

• Dry Dusting: Ceiling, walls, corners, and cabinet exteriors

🚿 Bathroom:

• Wet Wiping: Geyser, exhaust fan Clean without dismantle, switchboard, doors, window, glass & mirrors, shower, taps, tiles, basin, toilet, Drain cover, water closet

🌿 Balcony:

• Dry Dusting: Ceiling, walls, corners

• Wet Wiping: Windows, doors, grills

• Note: Extra sliding doors mentioned beyond the service description are chargeable as add-ons at ₹679 each as its takes more time to clean. ❌ Paint marks, glue marks, tape marks, or gum/sticker residue are not removed.

• Interior cleaning & emptying of cupboards or wardrobes, almirahs, if not empty

• Removal of glue, paint, pen, oil, sticker, or cement marks from walls, floor & anywhere at home

• Terrace, roof, parking, driveway, exterior home tiles, walls, main gates, pillars, iron grills & balcony glass cleaning — available only as extra chargeable add-ons

• Wet wiping or stain removal of walls & ceilings (pen, glue, paint, oil, or dark marks)

• All home rooms & washroom roofs (ceilings) are not wiped or dusted from the flat surface area — only corner cobweb removal is done

• Chandelier or false ceiling cleaning

• Garden / lawn cleaning

• Sofa, carpet, bed, or mattress wet shampooing & curtains water-wash dry cleaning if present

• Floor cleaning using scrubbing machine

• Plumbing, leakage, painting, or civil repair work

• We do not clean front & back baramda (बरामदा) or driveway of home — available only as extra chargeable

• Microwave, fridge, and kitchen appliance cleaning

• Chimney exterior cleaning only — uninstallation not included

• Utensil removal, placement & cleaning

• Plastic toilet seat covers & plastic bathtubs: yellow or dark stains cannot be removed completely because plastic absorbs color over time (this is a material limitation, not a cleaning issue)

• Cabinets in storerooms, utility rooms, or inaccessible areas are not included

• Washroom exhaust fan & window not cleaned from outside

• Exhaust fan cleaning limited to outer surface and blades only — uninstallation/reinstallation, exhaust fan outer side, surrounding walls, and inner wall cavity (air passage area) are not cleaned

• Fixed window glasses can’t be cleaned completely due to fixed grills

• To avoid any damage, we clean trolleys, beds, and other fixed or heavy items without moving them

• Balcony glass cleaning or any additional sliding doors or large wall glass panels, windows beyond the base mentioned count are extra chargeable

• ❌ Note: Exterior walls, tiles, main gates, pillars, grills, terrace, roof, balcony glasses, parking/driveway are not part of any cleaning packages — available as chargeable add-ons

“Home Interior Only” → Anything outside the home is treated as Add-on Services. Exterior cleaning (gates, terraces, driveway, pillars, garden, outside walls) is always treated as Add-on Services.

⚠️ Additional Notes:

• Please provide a ladder if needed; otherwise, cleaning will be done only up to reachable areas

• Hard-to-reach or risky areas are not covered for staff safety

• In apartments & homes, grills and balcony glass are dry dusted only from inside; balcony glass deep cleaning is Extra chargeable as mentioned in add-on services

• Interior cleaning is labor-intensive; add-ons help avoid disputes and maintain service quality
