🔢 Base Service Coverage
This service includes cleaning up to standard limits of:
- Up to 5 Bedrooms only (as per standard Marla layout)
- 1 Drawing room / Hall
- 1 Kitchen only with Up to 10 kitchen cabinets interior + exterior clean (5 upper + 5 lower)
- 3 Washrooms only (Bathtub cleaning extra chargeable)
- Up to 9 regular windows (if present)
• Up to 2 sliding glass doors (if present)
• 1 large wall glass panel (if present)
• 1 wall-to-wall almirah per room standard size (Interior & exterior Clean) - 1 Dressing table OR 1 TV showcase only
• Up to 4 cabinets per room included (interior & exterior clean)
⚠️ Important Policy & Scope Clarification (Read Carefully)
• Independent homes vary in layout, architecture & room distribution.
• Marla-based pricing covers standard cleaning capacity for one working day as per typical planning of that Marla size.
- Any rooms, washrooms, windows, sliding doors, wardrobes, or glass surfaces, kitchen, etc. beyond the base limits mentioned will be treated as extra chargeable add-ons.
- Only the base numbers mentioned above are included
• Any additional rooms or areas beyond the base inclusion—including guest rooms, study rooms, office rooms, multipurpose rooms, store or utility areas, servant rooms, attached washrooms, or unusually large or double-height halls—will be treated as extra chargeable add-ons.
• Any enclosed room used as a sleeping, guest, office, study, or multipurpose room will be counted as a bedroom for cleaning scope.
• Only the base washrooms, windows, sliding doors, wall glass panels, & stairs glass are included; additional quantities are chargeable.
• Balcony or stairs glass panels (if present instead of grills) are not included & are chargeable add-ons.
• Cupboard Cleaning is not included but available as extra chargeable add-on.
• Home exterior areas & outer-side cleaning (terrace, roof, driveway, gates, grills, Walls, balcony glass, stairs glass) are not included unless booked separately.
• Independent homes vary in layout and built-up area; Marla size defines labour capacity, not unlimited rooms or fixtures. - If the number of items in your home is less than the specified package limit, the remaining balance cannot be replaced, adjusted, or exchanged with any other item or Cleaning. Package limits represent the maximum service coverage, not interchangeable quantities.

Dry Dusting: Ceiling, walls, corners, window
• Kitchen cabinets interior + exterior cleaning of up to 10 cabinets (5 upper + 5 lower)
• Utensil removal or placement excluded if present
🚿 Bathroom:
Wet Wiping: Taps, floor, tiles, basin, water closet, geyser, shower, switchboard, door, glass & mirrors, exhaust fan & window inside clean only, not from outside
• Bathtub cleaning extra chargeable Add-ons if inside bathroom
🌿 Balcony: • Cleaning of 1 balcony if cleaning on 1st floor only
Dry Dusting: Ceiling, walls, grills & corners with cobweb duster
Wet Wiping: Windows, doors & railings
Balcony Glass Cleaning: Extra chargeable Add-ons for standard size (not included in base service as it more time consuming)

- Glass Cupboard Cleaning – ₹249 to ₹1499 each (as per size category, not included in any cleaning)
• Extra dressing table or 1 TV showcase – ₹149 each
• Chair dry & wet vacuum cleaning – ₹260 each if requested
• Sofa wet & shampooing -₹299 per seat & cushion ₹30 each)
• Bathtub cleaning ₹499 if inside bathroom
• Balcony Glass Cleaning: Extra chargeable as per size (not included in base service)
• Extra sliding doors – ₹679 each (❌ Paint marks, glue marks, tape marks, or gum/sticker residue are not removed)
• Extra wall panels – ₹599 each
• Extra Window (standard size only) – ₹299 each
• Marla / independent homes Balcony Glass Cleaning: ₹50 per running ft (₹499 minimum) per balcony - Stairs Glass cleaning – ₹499 each (not included in any cleaning)
❌What’s Excluded (but Available as Add-ons – Chargeable Separately)
- Removal of glue, paint, pen, oil, sticker, or cement marks from walls, floor & anywhere at home
- Walls & Ceilings are not wet wiping, dusted or stain removal (pen/paint/oil/dark marks). Only corner cobweb removal is done.
- Cabinets in storerooms, utility rooms, or inaccessible areas are not included
- Chimney interior cleaning & uninstallation
- Padded wall panel behind beds or TV wall or any type Cleaning that requires fabric shampooing
- Kitchen & Washroom exhaust fan & window outer side cleaning is not included; exhaust fan cleaning is limited to outer surface & blades only (no uninstallation/reinstallation or inner cavity, surrounding walls cleaning)
- Fixed window glasses can’t be cleaned completely due to fixed grills
• Chandelier or false ceiling cleaning, Garden / lawn cleaning
• Floor cleaning using scrubbing machine
• Plumbing, leakage, painting, or civil repair work
• Cleaning of artificial flowers, decorative items, or heavy electronics equipment
• Temple / mandir are completely excluded from all cleaning services - To avoid any damage, we clean trolleys & other fixed or heavy items without moving them
- We do not clean front & back baramda (बरामदा) or driveway of home — available only as extra chargeable
• Toilet Plastic seat covers & plastic bathtubs: yellow or dark stains cannot be removed completely because plastic absorbs color over time (this is a material limitation, not a cleaning issue) - Cleaning of wooden, tiles, marble, or granite surfaces affected by permanent damage. Color stains that have absorbed into tiles, stone, granite, or marble cannot be cleaned, as the color has penetrated the surface.
- Old tiles, fittings, or grout may already have discoloration, as grouting naturally fades or gets discolored over time & its original color cannot be restored through cleaning
- Microwave, fridge & kitchen appliances cleaning if present
• Sofa, carpet, bed, or mattress wet shampooing & curtains water-wash dry cleaning if present
• Utensils removal, placement & cleaning if present
• Extra drawers or cabinet inside dressing tables or TV units, rooms etc.
• Balcony & Stairs glass cleaning extra chargeable add-ons - Stairs cleaning extra chargeable
- Almirah in store room or nearby washroom area
- Extra washrooms, Upper-floor lobby, Family lounge upstairs, servant toilets, store toilets, terrace toilets cleaning
• ❌ Note: Terrace, roof, parking, driveway, exterior home tiles, walls, main gates, pillars, iron grills & balcony glass are not part of any cleaning packages — available as extra chargeable add-ons.
🏠 Company Principle:
“Home Interior Only” → Anything outside the home is treated as Extra Add-on Services.
Exterior cleaning (gates, terraces, driveway, pillars, garden, outside walls) is always treated as Add-on Services. This cleaning pricing applies per floor, not for the entire building.
Only one floor is covered per booking; additional floors require separate booking
⚠️ Additional Notes:
• Please provide a ladder if needed; otherwise, cleaning will be done only up to reachable areas
• Hard-to-reach or risky areas are not covered for staff safety
• In apartments & homes, grills and balcony glass are dry dusted only from inside; balcony glass deep cleaning is extra chargeable as mentioned in add-on services
• Interior cleaning is labor-intensive; add-ons help avoid disputes and maintain service quality
📋 Booking Notes:
• Book minimum 48 hours in advance
• Average job time: 5–6 hours
• Price includes labour, equipment, chemicals & transportation
• 50% advance required
Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy:
• Free cancellation or rescheduling is allowed until 10:00 PM on the day before the scheduled service date.
• Late Cancellation / Rescheduling: After 10:00 PM (night before service day), a 10% cancellation/rescheduling charge will apply, as service staff assigned, equipment, materials & travel are already scheduled.
• Refunds: 10% of the total service booking amount will be deducted. The remaining advance amount (if received) will be refunded within 7 working days to the original payment method. Bank/payment-gateway delays are not Firlona’s responsibility.
• No-show: If customer is unavailable, refuses, or does not respond at the scheduled service time, the same 10% charge will apply.
