🧼 What’s Included
• Deep vacuuming of all fabric chair surfaces
• Dry and wet shampooing of fabric chairs
• Effective removal of surface dust, light stains, and mild odors
• Fabric sanitization for a cleaner and fresher feel
• Wet wiping of dining table and chair frames to remove dust and fingerprints

❌ What’s Not Included
• Cleaning of leather or Rexin-type chairs fabric or furniture
• Removal of hard or permanent stains such as pen marks, paint marks, glue marks, tea stains, ink stains, cold drink stains, or stains deeply absorbed into fabric
• Repair, stitching, tightening, or fixing of chairs or tables
• Structural repair or replacement of any furniture parts
• Shine polishing is not included (Optional shine polishing is available at an extra charge: per dining table and per chair, applied using spray and microfiber cloth)

⚠️ Important Notes
• Hard stains absorbed into fabric cannot be removed using standard cleaning chemicals
• Cleaning improves hygiene and appearance but does not restore furniture to brand-new condition
• Drying time: Fabric chair surfaces will dry naturally within 4–6 hours after shampooing
• Our cleaning team does not perform any repairs on sofas, chairs, or furniture

• Ottomans cleaning is chargeable separately according to size
• During sofa & chair wet/shampoo cleaning, there is a possibility of colour transfer or staining from internal materials (such as wooden frame, glue, or inner fabric layers), especially if the sofa is old, damp, or weakened due to moisture, winter conditions, or prior exposure to water. Firlona is not responsible for colour bleeding, thread colour change, or stains caused by internal structure or material quality during the cleaning process.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy:
• Free cancellation or rescheduling is allowed until 10:00 PM on the day before the scheduled service date.
• Late Cancellation / Rescheduling: After 10:00 PM (night before service day), a 10% cancellation/rescheduling charge will apply, as service staff assigned, equipment, materials & travel are already scheduled.
• Refunds: 10% of the total service booking amount will be deducted. The remaining advance amount (if received) will be refunded within 7 working days to the original payment method. Bank/payment-gateway delays are not Firlona’s responsibility.
• No-show: If customer is unavailable, refuses, or does not respond at the scheduled service time, the same 10% charge will apply.

• This service is limited to dining table and fabric chairs only
• Shine polishing is optional and chargeable separately
• Cleaning results depend on fabric type, furniture condition, and usage history
• This is a one-time paid cleaning service
