🧼 Upholstery & Fabric Furniture Cleaning Services – Important Service Information
Applicable for: Sofa Cleaning, Dining Fabric Chairs Cleaning, Mattress Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning & Bed Headboard Cleaning Services
Approximate Service Duration: Depends on item quantity, size, fabric type, and condition.

✅ What’s Included
- Deep vacuuming to remove dust, dirt, hair, and loose particles
• Dry and wet shampoo cleaning using standard fabric-safe cleaning solutions
• Removal of light surface stains, mild odors, and surface residue
• Cleaning of fabric/upholstered surfaces only within accessible areas
• Wet wiping of chair frames where applicable
❌ What’s Not Included
- Cleaning of leather, rexine, plastic, rubber-backed, or non-fabric surfaces/furniture
• Cleaning of removable sofa covers unless specifically selected separately
• Removal of tough, permanent, or deeply absorbed stains such as:
- Ink stains
- Pen marks
- Paint stains
- Glue marks
- Oil stains
- Tea/coffee/cold drink stains
- Old deep-set stains
• Pest-related treatment including bed bugs, termites, or infestations
• Waterproofing, fabric coating, polishing, color restoration, or shine restoration unless separately added as an extra chargeable add-on
• Repair, stitching, tightening, dismantling, fixing, foam replacement, re-weaving, or structural work
• Mattress flipping, furniture shifting, dismantling, or heavy item movement
• Mold treatment, water-damage treatment, or stain masking
🛋️ Service-Specific Important Notes
Sofa Cleaning
- Pricing is applicable per sofa seat only
• Sofa cushions are excluded from base pricing
• Cushion cleaning is available separately as an extra chargeable add-on
• Ottoman cleaning is separately chargeable according to size
Dining Fabric Chairs Cleaning
- Applicable only for fabric dining chairs and dining tables
• Shine polishing is not included and available separately as an extra chargeable add-on
Mattress Cleaning
- Applicable for 1 mattress/bed only
• Cleaning is limited to accessible mattress surfaces only
Carpet Cleaning
- Applicable for 1 carpet only
• Suitable only for standard fabric or woven carpets/rugs
• Pricing depends on carpet size and fabric type
Bed Headboard Cleaning
- Applicable for 1 bed headboard only
• Suitable for upholstered, padded, or fabric headboards only
• Wooden, leather, rexine, or plastic headboards are excluded
⚠️ Important General Notes
- Hard or permanent stains absorbed deep into fabric cannot be removed using standard cleaning chemicals
• Old furniture, mattresses, carpets, or upholstery may already have:
- Fabric fading
- Yellowing
- Discoloration
- Odor absorption
- Fabric thinning
- Wear and tear due to age and usage
- Cleaning improves hygiene, freshness, and appearance only; it does not restore items to brand-new condition
• Final results depend on fabric type, material quality, age, maintenance history, and usage condition
⚠️ Colour Bleeding / Internal Material Risk Notice
During wet/shampoo cleaning of sofas, chairs, mattresses, carpets, or upholstered furniture, there may be a possibility of colour transfer, thread colour change, or staining from internal materials such as:
• Wooden frame polish
• Glue layers
• Internal fabric layers
• Foam or padding materials
This risk is higher in old, damp, moisture-affected, or previously water-exposed furniture/items.
Firlona is not responsible for colour bleeding, internal stains, or material reactions caused by the existing internal structure or material quality during the cleaning process.
⏳ Drying Time
- Sofa/chair fabric: Approximately 4–6 hours
• Mattress/carpet: Approximately 6–8 hours
• Drying time may vary depending on weather, ventilation, fabric thickness, humidity, and room conditions
• Usage before complete drying is not recommended
⚠️ Safety, Access & Utility Requirements
- Service area/items must be accessible before technician arrival
• Heavy items should be removed in advance if blocking access
• Proper working space and electricity/water access must be available
• During winters, customer may be required to provide a bucket of hot water for effective cleaning
• Service may be limited, delayed, or stopped if required access or utilities are unavailable
📅 Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
- Free cancellation or rescheduling is allowed until 10:00 PM on the day before the scheduled service date
• Late cancellation/rescheduling after 10:00 PM (night before service) will attract a 10% cancellation/rescheduling charge due to staff, equipment, material, and travel scheduling
• In case of refunds, 10% of the total booking amount will be deducted
• Remaining eligible advance amount (if received) will be refunded within 7 working days to the original payment method
• Bank/payment gateway delays are not Firlona’s responsibility
• If the customer is unavailable, refuses service, or does not respond at the scheduled time, the same 10% no-show charge will apply
✅ Final Agreement
By booking this service, you confirm that:
- Cleaning is limited strictly to the scope mentioned above
• Tough, permanent, or deep stains are excluded from service scope
• Results depend on item condition, fabric type, age, and maintenance history
• Optional add-ons are chargeable separately where applicable
• This is a one-time paid cleaning service
