Cancellations Policy

1. Cancellations Policy: Firlonaa Company holds the right to modify or update its policies at any time without prior notice, based on internal needs, external factors, or statutory requirements. To stay informed about any changes, we recommend reviewing the policy periodically. If you do not agree with the policy, we advise against using the Firlonaa Company website. Please read our policy thoroughly to understand the cancellation procedures, whether initiated by the customer or the service provider, and the applicable cancellation fees.

  • If the Cancellation inform before the vender assignment in case of advanced payment we refund the full payment through online methods.
  • Customer is allowed to cancel /reschedule the requests anytime through Firlonaa company Website
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances or internal reasons, Firlonaa Company retains the right to cancel any job request at any time with proper communication to the customer and will not hold liability for such actions. Customers are restricted from canceling or rescheduling more than three job requests in a single day. Repeated instances of such actions may result in the suspension of the customer’s account from accessing future services.
  • Bookings that are cancelled before confirmation on the Platform will not incur any charges. Firlonaa company’s cancellation policy outlines the applicable cancellation fees.

2.Cancellation by Service Provider:

  • As per Firlonaa Company Policy, service providers are strictly prohibited from canceling a job request after accepting it through the Firlonaa Company platform. Service providers agree to adhere to Firlonaa Company’s terms and conditions as outlined during the onboarding process. Any breach of this agreement may result in penalties, suspension of the contract, or termination of the agreement with the service provider.
  • Service providers are permitted to cancel a maximum of three job requests per day. Exceeding this limit may result in penalties for causing inconvenience to customers, as per the terms agreed with Firlonaa Company.
  • Service providers may cancel a scheduled job up to two hours before the scheduled time. However, cancellations are not allowed for on-demand job requests.
  • Frequent cancellations or inappropriate behavior with customers may lead to a reduction in ratings, imposition of penalties, and potential termination of the agreement with Firlonaa Company.
  • Service providers must provide a valid reason for canceling a job when notifying Firlonaa Company. These reasons will be recorded and considered in the performance evaluation of the service provider.

Return & Refund Policy-

  • Our partner (vendor/beautician) will be liable to return the charges if they receive in cash and the company will return the full amount to customers if received through online methods.
  • Customer is permitted to claim refund from False Service ,Incomplete job, Misbehavior from service provider.
  • Firlonaa Company retains the right to approve or reject a refund request. Refund claims will be reviewed by collecting details about job completion from the service provider. The outcome of the claim, along with the reason for approval or rejection, will be communicated to the customer via their registered email ID.
  • It will be only valid for the service provided. For instance, if AC’s indoor was serviced and the problem arises in the outdoor, it will not be applicable.
  • The return service amount will be transferred to the customers’ digital wallet by our company on next 1 working day.
  • If the customer transferred the charges online, the bank will not be responsible for returning money instead it will be added to his/her digital wallet.
  • It will only be applicable on the service charges and not the material bought for the service for customers.
  • To complete your return if you do not want our services, or cancel  then, we require a receipt or proof of purchase after that Firlonaa company will refund full amount on next 1 working day.
  • We return the full amount through online methods if service is cancelled or not taken by customers.
