• Pre-Cleaning Setup: Removal of toiletries and movable items to access all areas.
• Surface Deep Cleaning: Intensive scrubbing of tiles and floors with a scrub machine to eliminate grime, stains, and build-up from edges and corners.
• Manual Scrubbing: Hand-cleaning of fixtures, taps, toilet sheets, geyser, and exhaust for precision care in hard-to-reach areas.
• Final Touch-Up: Surfaces dried using a microfiber cloth and a refreshing spray for a pleasant after-clean feel.
• Covers: Tiles, floor, toilet area, exhaust fan, geyser, and external surfaces of fixtures.

• Exterior cleaning of the washroom exhaust fan & windows (only interior cleaning is included)
• “Toilet seat & plastic Bathtub covers are made of plastic and tend to absorb color or develop yellow stains over time. During cleaning, these stains or discolorations cannot be removed, as they are absorbed into the plastic material. Firlona will not be responsible for any existing yellow marks or color stains that remain after cleaning as they are already present on it.”

⚠️ Note: Please provide a ladder if needed; otherwise, cleaning will be done only up to reachable areas. Hard-to-reach and risky areas are not covered for the safety of our staff.
